"He's still up there?" Victoria asked with furrowed brows as she stared at the top of the tower which had lit up like a beacon.

"Whatever he's fighting must be incredibly tough." Nathan said.

"That's odd, he seems to be, enjoying himself." Lisk said while tilting her hard causing the other two to look at her in confusion.

Through the bond she shared with Gideon, she sensed that he was having fun which perplexed her.

"Well, if he isn't in any sort of danger, then that's good too." Victoria let out a small sigh and relaxed. She then turned around and looked at the dozens of corpses around them and then the people who had surrounded them.

"Anyway, shall we continue." She cracked her knuckles and grinned.
