章 115: Chapter 115: New Crime Boss Tatsumi and Friends.
~Third POV~
Inside a police station, we have the avatar Korra sitting inside an interrogation room, by Chief Lin Beifong walking behind her reading from a clipboard.
Korra, bound by her wrists to the table, follows her movements with a sad look on her face as she spoke, "Let's see. Multiple counts of destruction of private and city property, and not to mention evading arrest while taking down another group of thugs and robbers... Oh, great spirits help me…"
*SLAM*
That was when a slamming sound from Lin slams the clipboard on the table, and angrily glares at Korra, who is startled as she spoke being threatening as she talked, "You're in a whole mess of trouble, young lady."
Seeing the situation was not going in her favor Korra began to justify herself to Lin Beifong, "But there were some thugs threatening a helpless shopkeeper, and I had it-"
At that moment Lin began to aggressively talk to Korra as she is Walking to the other side of the table; before finally calming down as she replied, "Can it! You should have called the police and stayed out of the way."
Korra even began to slightly speak in a pleading tone just as Lin gently puts the notebook on the table; making Korra smiles a bit, "But I couldn't just sit by and do nothing. It's my duty to help people. See, I'm the Avatar."
However, Lin was very much unimpressed as she crosses her arms as her voice hardened but also straightens at Korra, "Oh, I am well aware of who you are. And your Avatar title might impress some people, but not me little brat."
Korra childishly then began to ask for the person in charge only to be met with disappointment as Lin Beifong replied you are talking to the one in charge.
Inside the interrogation room, the table with two chairs stands in the middle of the room, and the only light source is provided by a hanging lamp above the table just as Korra then realized who she was talking to suppressing her amusement as she spoke, "Wait, Beifong? Lin Beifong? You're Toph's daughter! Well then, why are you treating me like a criminal? Avatar Aang and your mother were friends. They saved the world together."
Lin aggressively began to raise the volume of her voice while she stretches her left arm to emphasize her words, "That's ancient history. And it's got diddly-squat to do with the mess you're in right now. You can't just waltz in here and dole out vigilante justice like you own the place! We have laws that must be followed! Avatar or not you have to abide by those laws!"
Lin and Korra stare at each other for a long while before Tenzin finally appeared to pick up Korra and give her a lesson of life as such to make her bland character growth as well make Tenzin realize her purpose as well as the treasure that his father has passed for him to do.

Fire-benders.
Fire-benders use their chi as a source for their bending.
This facet of fire-bending is a sharp contrast to the other bending arts, which manipulate already present sources of their element, though fire-benders can also control or enhance flames nearby.
Fire-bending uses concentrated barrages of fire to overwhelm opponents before striking a fatal blow. Swift, whirling kicks, and punches generate diverse shapes for offensive attacks.
This strategy is probably what makes fire-bending arguably the most suited to pro-bending out of all the bending arts. Fire-bending tactics and forms have required little modification for use in pro-bending, the most noticeable difference in the restriction on the use of prolonged fire streams.
Nevertheless, quick flurries of kicks and punches allow a pro-bending fire-bender to retain excellent mobility around the arena while simultaneously trying to push back the members of the opposing team.

Elsewhere inside the Triple Threat Triad home base with Zolt there glaring at Tatsumi and his friends as Viper gulped at the scene being tense as Zolt was the first to speak, "Tell me Viper… why have you brought these trespassers here to my home… you better ask quickly if you know what's good for you…"
Viper gulped at this as he tried to remedy the situation as he talked to his boss, "Well you see Zolt sir-"
However, before he could even continue Tatsumi interrupted him as he moved forward as narrowed his eyes in front of him as he spoke, "Now listen here you fat tub of lard. Viper here will now be in complete control of your gang and you will retire. Or else I would have to do some drastic measures to make you comply."
Zolt looked at Tatsumi as if he was offended as he began to get into his fire-bender stance seeing that Tatsumi was a threat and Viper gulping nervously seeing that he dragged him along in his plan.
Zolt began to retaliate as he talks coldly to Tatsumi as he launches his fire-bender attack moving fluently as Tatsumi used his [Eyes of the Lord] to equally follow his steps for later, "You brat! I have been here for the last 3 years! Everything I worked towards to control downtown only to be given to some snot-nose brat! How about a taste of FUCK YOU!"
*Brr*
With that, he launched his fire from using his chi to transmute the fire to attack Tatsumi as he released [Fire Streams].
[Fire Streams]: A basic fire-bending ability, fire-benders can shoot continuous streams of fire from their fingertips, fists, palms, or legs. These streams can be widened to create flame-thrower-like techniques. Fire Nation soldiers often used this technique to damage or destroy villages and towns
However, despite Zolt's attempts to attack he couldn't believe what he was seeing in front of his eyes as he mutters of what was impossible for him, "I-Impossible… he… he's eating the fucking fire!!"
Inhaling all of Zolt's fire into Tatsumi's mouth as he ate it all in one gulp as he licked his lips while thanking Zolt for the meal, "Gulp! Ah… Now that was one spicy meal. Now I know what Natsu likes fire. Since lightning bolt da gay you are very uncooperative how about we take this somewhere… more private. Guys, I'll be back. Few minutes tops."
Zolt seeing this as Tatsumi grabs him began to retaliate back as he had his fire surround him as he tried to defend himself, "W-wait! The getaway you bastard-"
*Swoosh*
Just like that the two were gone in an instant as Viper gulps seeing this as they vanished like magic and saw the girls expressions shrugging at this. Viper thinks to himself as he sweats drops at the scene before him in a nervous tone, 'What kind of freaks am I dealing with here…? And who are these girls and… that freak to eat fire like it was nothing.'
Kaina glanced at Viper as she began to reassure Viper and the guards in the boss room as she spoke to him calmly, "You know mister Viper high chances are that you're boss is getting tortured or worse by our friend. When all is said and done I think your boss is going to be in early retirement. By that chance, you will be more likely to become the new head yes?"
Viper nervously glanced at them as he responds to them somewhat unsure of how to handle this as he tries to calm his nerves but with a hint of hope in his words, "R-Really now…? Your friend is a torturer quite the unique and barbaric method. I mean is he good enough to break the da Boss will?"
Saeko laughs lightly at this as Ruby shrugs at this as she responds somewhat uncaring tone to Viper, "I mean it's what he does best at when all else fails. Plus if he works your Boss will be broken and usually, I would disagree with this… I kind of have a feeling that your Boss has done LOTS of bad things in the past right? So… I can simply think of it as karma?"
Saeko nods her head approvingly at Ruby's words as she came to realize how much Ruby's sense of morality changing as she glances at Viper as she spoke innocently making Viper sweat, "Ha. That's true Ruby. Think of it as karma since Zolt has done a lot of shady dealings ruining people's lives. But hey Viper would you listen to our words and orders or will we have to do another… example to your men?"
Viper hearing this gulps but nods his head slowly at the news of their wanting him as a subordinate as he spoke again while adjusting his clothing, "Sure thing I suppose. I mean you only need to ask of me. But how badly will this friend of yours break the boss-"
*Vroom*
As if his answer has been answered Tatsumi returned with Zolt using [Shambhala] to enter a separate space as Zolt's face had a look of despair written on his face mumbling words each filled with terror, "You… you… you are a monster… breaking me apart and fixing me again. Over, over, and over, over, and over, over, and over…."
Viper seeing this looks at Tatsumi with some fear in his eyes as Tastumi smacked Zolt's head somewhat disappointed at how he broke easily as he while Zolt knocked out as he thinks to himself, 'Sigh… he broke way too quickly. All I did was break every bone part of his body and use [Overhaul] to repair him again and again before he cracked. Plus, with Viper seeing I can break a man's pride like this will make him warier of us, or else he'll follow Zolt's legacy having me dealt with him.'
Viper sees this with fear in his eyes seeing have to get more fearful as Tatsumi began to respond with words in his mouth making Viper agree with a nod not wanting to be next or disobey, "Aww… Zolt's broken. Oh well, Viper you are the new leader of your gang. As of this moment, you follow our orders and change some things how you work. If you disobey…"
Viper quickly shakes his head as he holds both his hands up waving them as he began to comply to them, "Wha! No way boss! I'll follow you and your gals! I won't do anything to disrespect ya, Boss Tat. We of the Triple Threat Triad will listen to a T sir!"
Grinning at this Tatsumi began to place some orders that made Viper agree to some of the demands making the chat group members have a place to stay for the time being.

A/N Extra: Well I guess the MC just took over a mafia gang and tortured their leader showing that disobedience is pain. Viper doesn't want that to happen to him as now he has to act like a Dog in front of the Tatsumi group since it was a quick result to get a place while Zolt is retired… for life…
