章 111: Chapter 111: Don’t Ask we Risk
~Tatsumi POV~
Ahh…
Enjoying Remnant has been something odd to see a more advanced world than with something I'm used to. Even with the date with Hinata, it all seems very unreal of sorts.
Although I could make do without Kaina and Saeko stalking me from time to time our time is almost up as every one of the members took this chance to kick back and relax this time enjoying a dinner I made for everyone for free.
It was a private area inside Ruby's home island Patch since it takes her seconds to come over.
Ruby was with us since the rest of her team was busy dealing with the White Fang and Roman Torchwick robot fight as Ruby tried to reason with her team. Seems like Blake was adamant about it to her eyes and relented.
That was when Ruby looked at me wearing a hat she recognized as she asked me the obvious question, "Uh… Tatsumi why do you have Roman Hat… and his cane… and an umbrella mechas weapon… Tatsumi what did you do…?"
I grinned at her as I was hoping she will ask that question.
She already met Penny and flee but what they didn't know was I had already taken care of the robot and met the two for the first time making Ruby speechless honestly it was funny to meet them as I explained the story to her and everyone…

*BOOM*
"Here's Johnny!"
"Who the hell broke into our base!"
*Thud*
Making a dynamic entrance where I showed my full Hei mask as I looked at Roman and his partner in crime Neo as they glared at me as I found this place by complete chance. The smell of their scents was something I knew searching the Vale City.
While I was here I happen to look at a certain robot next to me as Roman glared already thinking about what I had in mind, "Oh nonono! NO! You aren't going to do what I think you're going to do brat-"
*Pop*
With a popping sound of the lost machine mechas, I plan to dismantle later using <Pocket> inside my inventory I looked at the Roman hat and cane… "I like you're hat and cane… I want it…"
Turning my gaze to the short stack name Neo as I look at her umbrella I also spoke out wanting what I want from her, "I also want that umbrella too psychotic rule 34 fap material ice cream girl midget."
*SWOOSH*
She threw at me a fridge… I see she took offense to that.
Worry then became apparent in his eyes and narrowed at Neo's eyes at that as he lifted his weapon as spoke threatened, "Oh no you're a dead man brat. I personally liked this hat. And this cane…. But mocking my partner like some horny bastard you are so better dead! Men get ready!"
Challenge accepted.

With that, I explained to them that I used [Conqueror Haki] on them to easily take the hat and cane from Roman as I plan to use it as a reward for getting Roman [Melodic Cudgel] and Neo [Hush] from them.
Although the short stack was clearly angrier I took her weapon since it was used as a gift to remember her bond with Roman after getting it for her. So yeah I'm so on her rotten shit list by now.
"Hahaha!"
"There he goes again stealing…."
"Tatsumi-kun is making sure everything is alright. Umu."
"Fufufu… it does fit him stealing from the bad to the winner."
"Here rise the Bandit King Tatsumi!"
Ok, that one I took offense to that as I replied to that one from Ruby, "HEY I RESENT THAT REMARK!!"
That was when Hinata began to lecture me about my history, "Sorry Tatsumi-kun but your track record says otherwise."

We all laughed at this enjoying our company with each other as we all had some time to enjoy ourselves for a change of pace. I have to admit this kind of thing is fun to do with friends from time to time but at least it's a good kind of fun.
Have to admit I'm actually kind of jealous that Mavis has this kind of experience since her guild does this daily but it's a good kind of feeling.
With that, we all took this time to talk about how we each spent our time here in Remnant as it was much different than expected from our visit. But Saeko and Kaina were the both happiest to be here.
Kaine more so for the advanced technology of weapons and rifles artillery. Saeko more so to fight in an actual fight against people that are trained warriors against Ruby's friends. Especially against Weiss and Pyrrha.
Guess even she has an interest or rivalry of sorts with them since she has been training her semblance [Flash] and swordsmanship, especially with her weapon [Secret Sword Bakuzan] to test out in combat.
The expression on Pyrrha's face when she realized her semblance wasn't useful against Saeko's new sword certainly showed how painful to get hit by it and shred through her armor. I mean that weapon is made of Life Fibers something originally organic and not metal… at least I don't think so.
Hinata on the other hand has brought with her storage scroll getting the advanced human biology and anatomy books for herself to use in her spare time. That as well as some advanced medical techniques for her to use in her home village.
Mavis on the other hand has seemed to have the greatest but also weirdest experience out of all the members here that came to Remnant. Apparently, trouble seems to be a fairy tail thing with her getting Raven's attention.
Mavis explained to us that she scared the living shit out of her fury of the guild leader kind of thing as she explained to us the details as Ruby was making a complicated expression on her face. I mean technically Raven is her aunt or something right?
That was when Mavis explained Salem's situation made all of us silent as Mavis explained the situation… Salem managed to feel Mavis's power when she demonstrated her power on Raven making all of us gulp what she said.
Mavis saw the expression of everyone with me including being serious and Ruby's expressionless face as she explained, "From what I managed to gather from the event… we only talked to each other about our love life topics as well her asking me to join under her."
Ruby hearing this was unusually calm as Mavis drinks her cup of juice Ruby asked the obvious question with some tremble in her voice, "I guess you didn't but… what can you describe Salem exactly to me Mavis."
Mavis merely closes her eyes as she thinks of her answer she finally gave us what is her expression of Salem as she spoke coldly, "Delusional, selfish, and distraught. She seeks death and thinks bringing the relics will give her selfish wish of death even if it brings the death of everyone on this planet."

The silence was filled in the space as we heard Mavis talk with Salem when she was serious but then cheery again as she talks again, "But otherwise shit talks about her husband. Something we have in common with bad husbands and love life choices as well. Hahaha…"
Everyone sweated dropped at that as I see Ruby's emotions are bubbling up like crazy hearing the response using my [Observation Haki]. But much to my surprise Ruby calmed down quite quickly… too unsettlingly quickly as she spoke eating her cookie, "Hmm. I see… I guess I'll think about it more when I get the chance to see her but thanks for the info, Mavis. And also everyone can I have your attention for a second."
We all saw Ruby taking this chance to get our attention as she bows down to us with some surprise as she spoke respectfully to us, "I want to thank everyone for coming and training me and my friends. Also, I would like it if you let me handle Salem, and please set in when I'm out of options."
All of us glanced at Ruby as she explained what was on her mind she gives us an explanation of her reason as to why as she spoke, "If I never met you or sign up with the Group Chat. I'll still be the gullible girl I was before I was introduced to such horrible but great experiences with you all. I thank you all for helping me see things. Especially you Tatsumi and Kaina…"
Tears were forming in her eyes as we see her cry as she then asked us in a weak voice that I never thought we all would hear as she continues, "But… in the end, this is my world and I would like to solve this myself but… I know this is selfish but… is it ok to ask for your help when I fail-"
"No, you won't."
That was when Mavis spoke out waiting for a bit till she explained to everyone as she mischievously smirked at everyone, "Foolish girl. Who said we needed your permission to help you? Even though I'm new don't you think you're underestimating us a bit that we wouldn't jump in to help you even without you're words?"
True words from the First Master of Fairy Tail Guild.
I didn't need to use my [Observation Haki] that everyone would be more than willing to help Ruby out if she needed it or not. After all the trouble we went through?
Fuck no.
She already has our support even if she wants it or not. That was when Ruby saw all of us smirking as she continues to cry a bit as she talks happily, "Sniff… thank you… even if we were all strangers at first… you still came to help so thank you…"
After that, we waited a bit before Ruby was calm again as we all enjoyed our time of peace for this brief time. I have to admit this world is crazy but…
Glancing at Ruby though… I think this world will be alright if her generation takes care of her world even with or without our guidance I think she will be a strong girl in the future.
*Beep*
