章 48: Chapter 48: [Overhaul] Conquered

Leaving just when Kai spat on Tatsumi mask Hinata began to move forward to Kai as he spoke venomously at her with clear hate as he spoke, "Do your worse bitch… I won't be the one talking through torture…"
Ruby for her part sighs in relief as Hinata began to use Genjutsu on Kai as his glare soon drops a bit and bit before his eyes fade out. And without his quirk active he couldn't fight back as Hinata used her [Byakuan] to find the pinpoints of the human brain.
With that Kai was suddenly sent to an illusion as the members can finally get what they need as Hinata motions to Tatsumi to come forward as she spoke, "Ok Tatsumi his under the complete control of the Genjutsu. What would be the first step his very susceptible to commands."
Tatsumi grinning at this began to take off the cuffs lightly as to not wake Kai up from his Genjutsu he began to tell Kai in a soft voice, "Kai use your quirk to hand over your quirk factor to me…"
Nodding slowly Kai's hands touched Tatsumi as he flinches in pain seeing his very hands be dissembled in front of his eyes it's still a very painful process but fortunately, though he saw that Kai's hands being transferred over to his.
That was when he saw his hands start to reassemble themselves again like a full metal alchemist as pieces of his flesh began to stitch themselves together. Amazement was seen from the chat member's eyes as they see the process.
Kai [Overhaul] can transfer, merge, or separate objects into their biological perfect state with his quirk so long as he touches them with both or one hand as they are assembled or disassembled into the user desire form.
Kai can recombine two different objects or beings into a single entity that possesses components of both subjects including Quirks. He performs this by holding both elements he wants to merge with each separate hand.
It's possible for a combined entity to further transform as well, as long as Kai merges it with additional objects so the opposite to transfer his quirk to others so long as he consents to it using his ability.
But that was cut short as Kai came out of the Genjutsu as he felt the pain of losing his quirk woke him up as he completely tried to get away from the process but it was too late. This process happens instantly and is effective on living and non-living things alike but also the transfer was successful.
Moving away from the chat group spot they started to raise their arms to fight but Tatsumi didn't as he held his hand up to tell them to not act.
Kai on the other hand looked at Tatsumi with murderous intent as his eyes widen in rage as he spoke in clear when he slams his hand to the ground, "You damn bastards!! How dare you villains do this to me!! I'LL MAKE YOU PAY!!"
*TAP*
He tapped his hand to the ground and tried to use [Overhaul] to disassemble the floor to create spikes under them and penetrate their bodies but…
Silence…
For the last minute, nothing happened as Kai looked at his hand trying to use his quirk as he kept on repeating the same motion of tapping the ground multiple times.

Kai tried multiple times as worry became more apparent in his eyes as he couldn't understand what happened as he tried multiple times as he spoke almost hysterically, "Why! Why isn't my quirk working! What did you bastards do to me!!"
As Kai was busy trying to get his quirk to work Tatsumi on the other hand began to tap to a nearby concrete wall as he tried to use his new ability that was 'generously' given to him as he thought of what he wanted to use.
Quirks are extensions of a person's bodily functions so Tatsumi tried to 'feel' the quirk inside his body.
At first, he didn't feel anything but when he used his bodily control he felt that there was a new muscle that was never there before he connected with his body. As he did he felt a foreign invader of the muscle as he felt the 'will' of [Overhaul] in a sense.
Every Quirk contains an echo of the consciousness of its wielder; if a person's Quirk is transferred to someone else, the consciousness of the previous wielder will appear in the new user's mind, either as voices in dreams or manifestations in a mental mindscape.
This phenomenon is compared to cases of people whose personalities and tastes changed after an organ transplant. If further transferred to yet another new user, then that new user will experience the consciousnesses of all of the previous users. Though, these consciousnesses will disappear if the new user loses the transferred Quirk.
The same was happening to Tatsumi as he saw a figure that no one can see took a figure similar to Kai as he glares at it. The 'will' or 'consciousness' of Kai [Overhaul] quirk certainly tried to manipulate some aspects of Tatsumi's mind.
*BOOM*
But that was suddenly when Tatsumi used his [Conqueror Haki] at the figure surprising Hinata and Ruby from the sudden burst as Tatsumi Haki was forcing the quirk as its figure began to buzz in and out as it became worried then made a fearful expression.
*Thud*
*Thud*
No longer handling the pressure of Tatsumi [Conqueror Haki] any longer Ruby and Kai were the first to fall to the prolonged pressure.
Hinata on the other hand managed to catch herself a bit as she witnessed this power again as she compares it to the last time, 'The pressure this time has gotten stronger! I can barely hold on but why would Tatsumi… No, I have to keep myself up…'
With a narrowed glared at the 'will' or 'consciousness' of Kai [Overhaul] quirk, Tatsumi thought to himself towards it as the pressure kept on increasing as the figure shimmered down, 'Yeah right as if I would allow you to control my life [Overhaul]. You are my possession my TOOL to use. I don't need you to COMMAND my life now just become nothing but the extension of my WILL. Now SUBMIT.'
To further prove his point Tatsumi began to coat his hands with the quirk factor of [Overhaul] with [Armament Haki] as he saw the will of it panic as a black colored light began to consume it as the Haki began to coat it along with [Conqueror Haki] being active.
Keeping it active Tatsumi saw the figure begin to be consumed by his Haki as it was then fully coated no longer taking Kai's figure but soon Tatsumi's but then vanished.
That was when Tatsumi stopped his [Conqueror Haki] as Hinata was the first to ask wobbling a bit as she asked in concern as he helps him up, "Tatsumi-san… what exactly was that using your Haki like that!"
Tatsumi sighs at that as he began to explain that he underestimated the will of the quirk of [Overhaul] as the conscious inside the quirk was much alive but then confirms her mind as he got the quirk under his control. To prove his point he began to touch a nearby object like the floor as he began to use the [Overhaul] quirk and then…
*Crumble*
Then suddenly the floor began to disassemble itself into a form of a giant spike making Hinata surprised to see it worked as Tatsumi smiles at this, "Yeah like I said before though I may have underestimated the quirk itself but not anymore. I had to show it a whose boss or else it wouldn't listen and when I use my Haki on the quirk… It no longer had Kai's will but was conquered by my own if it makes any sense?"
Hinata just sighs at that as she then points at Ruby who is out cold as Tatsumi sheepishly laughs nervously about that one. He was going to owe Ruby a favor for the sudden pressure that came out of nowhere.
That was when his eyes landed on Kai as he begins to get the flip phone from Ruby as he asked Hinata with concern, "Hinata can you place the Genjutsu on him one more time. We need the evidence on him before we can send his life to hell but I don't want to force you if you can't handle it."
Hinata brushes it off as she gets her legs again as she replies to Tatsumi in a happy tone along with a determined expression, "No worries I'm fine. Let's just ruin his whole life here before he could cause any more problems. Now then shall we begin Tatsumi-san?"
Tatsumi grins at this as he begins to record…

After what took hours, they finally returned to their apartment in Naruhata as Saeko was caressing the little Eri like a mother would take care of a kid with love and care.
As they entered Tatsumi hands over the flip phone to Saeko as he spoke to her softly, "Here you go Saeko I can trust you to take the video from here into something more useable, or do we need something else?"
Saeko laughs at this as she was reminded that Tatsumi knows how to get evidence but is bad at getting them transferred since he lives in a magic age era.
Although it was Tatsumi knows how to just wanted to make his appearance more believable that he wasn't that knowledgeable in technology nor is he giving up his cover.
That was when Saeko points over to Ruby being carried on her back-piggyback style as she spoke curiously, "Ok but what happened to Ruby? She looks pretty out cold here anything bad happened?"
Hinata was the one to reply as she sent a soft glare towards Tatsumi as he innocently whistles away to the kitchen, "Oh I don't know Saeko-san please as our resident guy about that one."
Saeko raises her eyebrow at that as she asked to the two remaining awake about what happened to Kai, "Ok… so what did you do with Kai, and did you manage to get somethings from him?"
At that, the two laughed leaving Saeko confused about what was so funny…

The next morning news from around the Osaka area can see the audacity of the scene in front of them.
On one of the city poles of Osaka was a man stripped with only his underwear being wedgie in front of a middle school as the students took photos showing it to the news and social media at that day as this became popular on the online posts.
The man in question was Kai as he was stripped of any dignity covered in the trash as he twitched from the germs of his fears or the cold as his underwear was so up in his ass while his mouth gagged with his doctor mask in the cold of the night.
Only the expression of pain was clear on his face as what he felt was so unnecessarily cruel.
Tatsumi would've liked to torture the man but felt was unneeded as this was the worst, he could do to a guy like Kai ruining his reputation and his dignity of Yakuza honor down the drain as it would let people investigate what happened.
Truly justice has a weird way of working things out.

A/N: To those wondering what the shadow figure was and how it happened was basically the same thing that happened to Number 6 from vigilantes. But that will of Kai vanished under the pressure and domination under the MC will and replaced it if anyone was wondering what exactly happened.
A/N Extra: Another thing how the MC got the quirk was by tricking the user into handing it over by disassembling his quirk factor and assembling it to another place instead of like the MC hands with his bodily control basically got the quirk.
