He snapped his head in the direction of the voice. His brows shot high, "D-- Delia?" He blinked twice.

She chuckled, "Unfortunately. Glad I startled you". She took a step forward to offer him roast beef on a stick. He smiled, gingerly receiving it.

"Uh– Th– Thank you".

She noticed his cheeks blush lightly before he lowered his gaze to stare at the small chop she just handed him. She crooked her head. "Do you know what that is?"

"Uh..." He looke up at her, "Roast beef?"

"Yes. But we call it suya here. Ever eaten it before?"

He shook his head like a child, "No".

"Try it then", she took a bite of hers, watching him from the corner of her eyes.
