章 5: Bleach; Time Travel, potential crossover afterwards

I see a lot of these around various sites, and I'll probably never come to understand how time travel became into such a prominent role in the Bleach fan fiction community. Despite this, I'm going to request one. I would like him to meet Kaien Shiba, get 'adopted' into the family, but not go to the academy. I also want him to meet past Kisuke, since I haven't seen that done before. Other than that, you could perhaps give him the Hogyoku or Muramasa somehow, as well as true Bankai. I'd prefer, but of course, as with all of my other requests that are Bleach oriented, that this Ichigo is post TYBW. In this case, I'd want him to focus on preparing Soul Society for the Winter War and the Thousand Year Blood War. I want him to immediately reveal his identity and power, as I never really liked the whole 'hiding all of his power' idea. After this, I want Ichigo to succeed Yamamoto as the head captain. Soul society will be prepared for both wars, so I'm not asking for Yamamoto to die, but rather him retire. Following that, you can perhaps have him help out with fixing the Rugonkai, if that's how you spell it, and then branch out to a a DxD crossover if you do wish, or a multiversal one.
