章 567: The Salvation of Forgiveness

Katie detested rogues… especially those that lived for the destruction of humanity. She'd hunted them her whole life in fact. Had it not been for her wolf side, she would have lost compassion for rogues long ago.

That said, it wasn't like she could just walk up to one and ask, 'Are you one of the good ones?'… even though she'd thought that to be the easiest several times.

The Luna rubbed her nose and bit back the urge to flee the tainted prison they'd kept the rogues in. Wolfsbane hung in the air, making it hard to breathe… but most of all, keeping the rogues in here docile.

The walls of the cell she was in were marred with dirt, showing no signs of care.

And why would anyone care? Unless the cleaner responsible for the cells was okay with having their heads bitten off by the rabid criminals.
