He went back to Marc's place having that thought in mind. He can't possibly forget about Lucas easily.
Marc isn't even half a man as Lucas in his eyes.
Lucas has always been gentle and caring as a person. One of the reasons why he fell for him in the first place. And he never left him that day when he needed him most.
Yet, it was also the one that left the biggest scar on his heart for choosing his sister.
While Marc on the other hand is a cold domineering bastard who likes to devour him every time.
"No. I need to forget about them." he thought. One is an obstacle, and the other is a complete pain in the ass.
"A penny for your thought?"
He was sitting alone on the front lawn when a middle-aged man surprised him from behind. From the striking resemblance, it had with Marc. He's a hundred percent sure that it's his father.
He just got back from Lizzy's house. While Marc left with the two bodyguards for a meeting. He was the only one left at home. Or so think he is. Not until Alexei Hanz appeared out of nowhere. It came along with Butler David standing at its side in the living room. It's a good thing that he was cautious enough wearing his disguise.
"I'm sorry for coming unannounced. I hope I didn't frighten you."
He slightly glanced at Butler David's side. It secretly nodded at him. Telling him to just go with the flow.
"N-no, sir. You didn't." he forced a smile.
"So, tell me. How do you see my son? I mean, in a woman's point of view?"
He barely choked hearing that last sentence. He can't even bear to look at Butler David. Who was obviously turning away from him,
"Whatever she thinks of me has nothing to do with you."
All three of them turned their heads towards the door. It seems that Marc caught wind of its father coming unannounced and basically uninvited.
It walked straight to him and pulled him up from the sofa. Hiding him like a child behind its back.
"Did you plan to go behind my back just to interview my employee?"
"I just wanna ask her some things. I thought you'd be home late from a meeting. So I took the initiative to go over and meet her in person."
"For what?" Erin can sense the tension building in Marc's body. From the hand that held his until now.
"I just wanna make sure I did the right thing hiring her."
"And what's that suppose to mean?"
Alexei then stood up to fix its wrinkled coat from sitting.
"It means that I can fire her if she doesn't meet my requirements."
It said preparing to walk out of the house. When it stopped to his side. " But it seems that she just did. It's been nice meeting you. Though I hope it could be in better conditions." it said glancing at its son.
He watched as Alexei left Marc gritting his teeth.
"Are you alright?"
It shoved his hand as its anger was suddenly directed at him.
"Why did you even let him in here?"
"I-I didn't. He was already in here when I came in."
Marc started to breathe a sigh.
"I should have known he was going to do something like this. Do you think he noticed anything unusual about you?"
He then turned to look at where Andrei and Dylan were standing. it seemed to get what he wanted to convey.
" Can you leave us for a while?"
The two then began to disperse.
"He asked me what I think about you."
"And?"
"What's there to say? You came just in time when I'm about to answer that question."
"And you're going to say what?" its eyes were teasing. As he took a step back every time to avoid its face from closing in on him.
"I forgot." He said and was to turn away from him. But Marc was quick to stop him from going anywhere.
"So, what do you really think about me?" it's just too persistent that he can't get himself to avoid him.
A self-induced bastard who likes to take advantage of others' weaknesses. Such as mine? he thought as he stared at its set of dark piercing eyes.
Then, he suddenly thought of what it said to its father earlier.
"Whatever I think has nothing to do with you," he smirked as it stared at him confused for a while.
He was about to take that chance to get away from him. But he failed once more. For it was quick to pull him back into its arms. Held him tight and kissed him like a hungry tiger craving for its prey.
His eyes remained shut even until it finished ravishing his mouth again.
"Now you know how it would be like to meet your in-laws for the first time,"
"What?" he was left with his mouth open, confused.
