They didn't want to attract much attention from the people around them, as they only wanted to find one of Chao's shattered souls, but apparently, the situation escalated real fast and without Zuri and Knox knowing, they were already surrounded.

There were around twenty men circling them with their guns pointed at their heads, ready to blow their minds, as they talked about the reward that they would get from the government for bringing them the supernatural creatures.

"Why don't you just kill them all to save our time?" Zuri said. She was annoyed by this situation. She didn't want to deal with them and would gladly kill them in one single move, but she was not Chaos or Knox and didn't have that kind of ability. "We need to go."

"Is none of them a shattered soul?" Knox already knew the answer, he just wanted to make sure of it.
