Confusion settled in, with disciples of all genders and ranks wondering why the domineering Yang Patriarch took such a humble stance before a junior — an understandable sentiment for those that had spent years, decades, or centuries being told of or outright witnessing Guang Fanghu's pyromantic brutality.

But once they recalled Xinzi's previous display of dominance, all made perfect sense, and instead, they shifted their focus back to the White-Winged Demons and Yang Patriarch title that Guang Fanghu addressed Xinzi with.
