章 45: The Lucky Charm

James was unconsciously half shuffling his feet out of his room. So the sound of his slippers was a sign that he had woken up already. The sound of the mansion floored with wood when he walked from downstairs was audible to hear. Moreover, the house was undoubtedly serene.

"Good morning, Sir!" greeted Grey getting up from his chair as James entered the kitchen. James nodded slowly and smiled.

"Morning, Grey!" Grey then sat back down and read the morning paper while drinking coffee.

"Has Earth departed yet?" James asked as he sat down next to Grey and took a cup of coffee from Lordes.

"Yes, Sir. As you ordered!" James nodded and started sipping his coffee slowly. He shifted his sight to Lordes afterward.

"Lordes, Please, serve Delilah's breakfast in her bed. Don't let her step outside, and she must completely rest. One more thing, make soft food for her. That will help," said James giving Lordes orders. Lordes smiled and nodded understandingly.
