After Paradox interrupted the discussion, Rex continued his explanation.
Rex: Also my world is more dangerous than you all think. The ones I fought are insanely strong that I have to train every time. Some of them that I fought are already defeated and also I have killed them.
Ben: Wait did you say that you have killed? Why did you do it? You could have just let them alive or handed them to authority?
Ben voiced his thoughts with surprise and a bit of anger.
Rex: Just to let them have more chaos and kill innocent people. Sometimes you have to make hard decisions, Ben. In the case of any criminal or any terrorist group that I have encountered are simply annihilated by me without any mercy. And the government authorities don't give a shit about it. Sometimes these governments are the ones who basically help the guilty people instead of innocents.
Next is Supernatural. I have faced multiple supernatural entities like Gods, Demons, Monsters, Aliens,etc.
They are strong. I have learnt a lesson that strong ones survives and the weak ones dies.
I fight to save the world to protect those who are important in my life.
Hearing Rex's explanation, no one said anything. There is a complete silence.
Seeing this, Rex continues his explanation.
Rex: Listen, Ben. You and I are different. But we both have the same purpose to protect the world from any kinds of threats. Just do what you have always done, protect the world and be a hero. Now anything you all have to ask?
Kevin: I have one to ask. When you absorbed all the energy from Aggregor, there was no sign of mutation that occurred to you. Why?
Hearing the question, the Hakuryuukou replies it with a calm tone.
Rex: Previously I explained that I have complete mastery over my powers. I already know the weakness of the Osmosian. By the way, Kevin you could have done it too, but the plan of yours was too risky.
Kevin was totally surprised. It seems Rex knew what he was gonna do.
Seeing Rex's wicked smile, Kevin visibly flinched and turns pale.
Seeing Kevin's expression, Gwen asks.
Gwen: Kevin, What were you going to do?
Kevin didn't reply to Gwen's questions.
Rex: Let me tell you, Gwen. Kevin's plan was to absorb power of Ultimatrix in order to defeat Aggregor.
Gwen: YOU WANTED TO DO WHAT?
Gwen shouted like a banshee.
Ben: Calm down, Gwen. You can dismantle Kevin later. When we get home.
Rex: Yes. Hang on for a few hours. Then, Kevin is all yours.
Gwen: Good. We'll talk to you later.
Gwen throwing an angry look at Kevin.
Kevin clearly imagined what would be done to him and trembled slightly. Poor fellow. Rex know how scary Gwen is in anger.
Rex: Well, actually, Kevin's idea was right.
Rex said changing the subject.
Gwen: What do you mean?
Gwen asked, temporarily releasing her anger.
Rex: It takes an Osmosian to defeat an Osmosian.
Rex said thoughtfully.
Ben: Is that why you absorbed the energy of the Aggregor?
Rex: Yes. In principle, Kevin could do it too. But who knew what could happen to him. Perhaps that would be as bad as absorbing the power of the Ultimatrix.
Kevin winced at Rex's words. It looks like he really doesn't want to turn into a monster again.
But, for the sake of friends, he was ready to sacrifice himself.
Rex: So let's see what if I didn't train my Osmosian powers and lost my sanity and become a monster like Kevin. Or worse I would have died.
Kevin: What?
Rex: So, the energies that I absorbed from the Aggregor were enormous. It was the full strength of five powerful aliens. Plus, it includes the energy reserve of the Aggregor himself. Imagine how much that is. An ordinary Osmosian would definitely go insane from absorbing such a large amount of power. Maybe I could have died.
According to you, even Aggregor himself, in order to take away the powers of the aliens used a special machine so as not to lose himself.
Also it was not for the first time for me to absorb a enormous quantity of energy. About the mutation, it happened to Kevin and Aggregor because the absorbed DNA of the aliens overrides their own DNA.
If you absorbed the powers of the Ultimatrix, and then took the powers of the Aggressor, then you would definitely be overwhelmed by madness. You would become at least twice as strong as Aggregor was.
Who knows what you'll do. Moreover, we were in the Forge of Creation and just a few steps away from the newborn Celestialsapien. It might well have crossed your mind to absorb his powers.
Rex ends his explanation. All of them are completely silent.
Gwen: If you lost your sanity Rex, you will be more dangerous than Kevin.
All of them looked at her. Ben asks.
Ben: Gwen, How much will Rex be dangerous from Kevin?
Gwen: First, Rex is an Anodite and Osmosian/Superior Human. Secondly, he is highly skilled with unique powers. And finally, thirdly, he is the owner of the Omnitrix. Now put it all together, plus the powers of the Aggregor and imagine what will happen if he goes crazy.
Kevin and Ben, for a moment, imagined all this and visibly freaked out
Ben: Horribly.
Kevin: Yeah.
Seeing this, Paradox begins to speak.
Paradox: Well Rex, one more thing that you have to tell them.
Everyone pay attention to Paradox's words. Then they shifted their focus on Rex.
Rex: Kevin, did you ever felt familiar from Aggregor whenever you encountered him?
Kevin: Yeah, whenever I met him, I felt something odd.
Rex: How many Osmosian have you met during your entire life?
Kevin: There are only three Osmosians. It includes me, Aggregor and my dad Devin Levin.
Why did you ask?
Mentioning his dad's name, Kevin got emotional.
Rex: Isn't it odd that all 3 of you have similar ability which is absorption. You and your father have these abilities naturally unlike Aggregor not.
Ben: What do you mean Rex?
Rex: Aggregor is an artificial Osmosian or a basically genetic clone created from Kevin's DNA.
Ben/Gwen/Kevin: WHAT?
All of them have shocked expressions on their faces.
Ben: How did you find out?
Rex already knew about the fact that Aggregor is a genetic clone of Kevin created by Dr. Servantis of Rooters to recreate Kevin's powers.
Later Aggregor was memory-wiped and then turned loose from Servantis after Ben removed the Omnitrix for five years, since Servantis felt he didn't need an army any longer.
To confirm that it is true. Rex used [DNA Analysis] on both Kevin and Aggregor.
He found that both have similar genetic components in their DNAs which both are completely related to each other.
Kevin: Where did you find this information?
Rex: I used an ability of mine to analyse your and Aggregor's DNA. Guess what your both of your DNA completely matched. It seems someone got your DNA to create a clone or basically an army of Osmosians. It seems only Aggregor is the successful lab experiment with all your abilities.
No one open their mouth. It is too much for the trio specifically for Kevin.
Then Paradox breaks the silence.
Paradox: Well everyone has got answers to their doubts. Now it is time for Rex's departure.
