***ADDIE'S POV*** 

"Hahh." I sighed. It wasn't anything to express anxiety, fear, or other negatives. In truth, I sighed mostly because I was exhausted. And I felt a measured amount of relief that helped to ease the tension within me. 

However, that relief was short lived. Not two seconds after I sighed, a bright, blinding light filled the entire room we had been meeting in. Sounds filled with fear, shock, and anger sounded around me as I tried to figure out what was happening. What threat were we about to face now? 

Had Elapidae's corpse come back to life? Was his soul coming to take revenge on me for executing him? Or was this something else entirely. My morbid imagination and nerves were running rampant at the moment, and it only succeeded in further exhausting me.
