**NOLAN'S POV**

I saw Addie and Briar off on their gathering adventure. I knew that it was best to let them go off on their own. They had some catching up to do, and I knew that this was good for Addie. Also, me staying behind meant that I could talk to Addie's parents and siblings about what was going on.

Renea went back to the home that she shared with Arthur, taking Violet with her. She didn't ask the woman to come with her, but since Violet cleaned all of the family home from top to bottom, she offered to do the same for the other home. While she did that, Hiam was already preparing lunch and dinner. There were ingredients marinating and being prepared as there was the sound of him working in the kitchen.
