Everyone near Eden had heard what the omega male had said. However, they didn't need him to figure out what was going to happen if he didn't find a way to get rid of this growing vortex. There was another issue that caused him to be stuck here, staring at the anomaly instead of moving away. They were werewolves. They could bite off the flesh of their enemies, tear their bodies apart, claw to shred them to pieces but they couldn't do anything against magic.

Eden turned to look for the one who was their only hope in Connor's absence and he found the Skinwalker gaping with wide eyes in horror as he stared at the vortex. The omega male watched him as he muttered a word and he recognized them from having heard them over and over again before. The wizard was analyzing the vortex, probably to see what he could do against it.
