章 29: Incredible Changes
Much like how the Golden Skinned Puppets are able to turn the LipFreeds and human captives that they obtain into their own workers or guards.
Of course there is no abuse tolerated but they can make them do the time consuming work or certain jobs.
Over the next couple of days it created a kind of miraculous scene. Various smaller families were popping up all over the city as subsidiaries of the Bloodline families. In order to facilitate their appearance Dante named them the Courtier Families. There was only one Prerequisite when forming a Courtier Family.
That is you must have the support of a BloodLine family member. It could be from one of the concubines or one of the descendants, but as long as you have their support you can create a family.
The whole city started to be bustling as it slowly filled up the entire Valley. From the help of crystals and the occupation of tribes the population of the city has increased to millions.
But after all the valley is still incredibly large, about the size of England on Earth. So it still looked incredibly sparse. However they had already started to fill it with various Markets, facilities and family compounds.
Dante had already introduced the circulation of Heavenly Notes.
If it was an ordinary person who needed to implement all these changes, it would definitely take months or even years. However with Dantes powerful puppet technique there would be no opposition no matter what he did.
Finally the Second month of the test had come around.
Naturally it wasn't simple, there was an echoing in each of the contestants' ears.

Dante listened to the messages trying to retrieve any helpful information. But overall it was pretty simple to understand.
Dante didn't really need to worry about the attacks from beasts and tribes, they would only become puppets for him in the future.
His biggest worry right now was the Major Attack, due to it being scaled by one's own progress.
Looking down at the giant city like a monster engulfing the wilderness, Dante couldn't help but shake his head.
Naturally his attack would be incredibly extreme.
However there were still 15 days before this attack. Dante needed to take advantage of this to fill up the lacking population of his city.
Not only that, the workers and families continued to produce many defensive weapons preparing for the attack.
He didn't continue to expand his city, rather he began to build more and more towers and reinforce the walls.
He has found many mines among the valley including common iron ores and even some rarer spiritual ores.
The weapons that the BloodLine Families were using had increased many levels already, using powerful spiritual weapons and special bows.
Their strength had increased many times after all.
So the next steps were easy. The Families began capturing tribes outside of their villages.
Finally Dante started noticing an influx of more and more species. The most common being a Rabbit humanoid tribe.
Their speed of breeding is even faster than the LipFreed clan. Each pregnancy can have dozens of children in a single month.
But with a great population of almost 10million already, most of the physiques are still lower than Rank 8. Dante had no choice but to make the 50 Rank 7 Physique cultivators in the entire tribe the patriarchs.
He divided them into 10 Bloodline Families, each with 5 Patriarchs in each. And provided each of them with 1million of their tribe mates.
Other species that Dante found included Rat clans, mice clans, lion clans and many other clans.
Finally 14 days passed, and Dantes City had increased its population to over 100million.
The Bloodline Families increased to over a hundred. And as Dante expected, a hierarchical situation has started to form. The LipFreed Families still hold the monopoly because their heirs have already been born.
Dante forcibly promoted many of their warriors to the core building realm.
Typically this type of societal advancement would take much longer to take, however Dante boosted them along with the help of his Puppet Technique.
The cultivation of the Bloodlines improved along with their numbers. This led to faster and faster capturing of tribes and with no need to slowly improve their loyalty.
The heirs from the LipFreed Family didn't disappoint Dante. Many of the children had Rank 7 physiques or Rank 6 ones. And a few mutations even have Rank 5 physiques.
This was a large improvement and it shows that they started to move in the right direction.
With this great increase in power, the pressure Dante felt from the potential invasion mostly drifted away.
That was, until he saw what he was facing…
