What made you think those werewolves who suffered considerable losses in your hands would just let you walk in here and do as you please? Even if Lyander became Alpha, it wouldn't change the fact that you will still not be accepted here. The same goes with me in your Kingdom."

Vladimir went silent. 

I knew he got what I meant. We would be shunned in each other's world. We could never have peace. Not here. Not in the vampire Kingdom.

There were just too many deaths revolving around our race that no amount of time could erase. 

Vladimir's face hardened, and his pupils turned to dot. "Does it matter?"

I was confused by his question. "What?"
