Lenora sat beside the king, assisted him in listening to reports, and helped him make decisions. But today was not reports listening day but helping the citizens with their problems. 

A werewolf male, Lucian, thought his wife was dead and hired a nanny, Camila, to take care of his child. But his son fell badly ill, and he was to be taken care of by a doctor. Lucian went around many packs, but he heard about a miracle doctor in the neighboring pack. When he went to the neighboring pack, he found his wife, known as the miracle doctor. 

When he tried to bring her back, she cursed him and asked for mate bond breakage for cheating on her. Left with no choice, he approached the king and queen. 

"My King, I want my wife to come back with me. My child is on his deathbed. He needs a mother, and I need my wife. I can't live without her. But she went ahead and left the pack, faking her death," Lucian told Maximus.
