The fairy watched Liam's expression slowly change. A frown appeared on his face, and for a while, he appeared to be thinking about something deeply. This made the guy even more nervous.

However, in the end, Liam nodded in agreement. "I can understand your predicament. I will take 10 skills and 10 items in exchange for the dungeon crystal core." 

"Ten?!" Aron gasped.
