章 446: Liar

For the next couple of days, nothing happened. Cyan showed up every now and then to play with Sapphire, who liked to play with Cyan. I was consoled that Sapphire still preferred me more than him. Or, I would have been hurt. 

As if to prove that life always had something unexpected waiting if everything went normal for a few days, something did happen. 

As always, I was reading a novel, sitting on the bed, and wrapping myself in my blanket. Dem did not go to the palace today since he said he did not need to and was in his office in the mansion. He did all the work there. It had been three hours since I had been reading the novel right after waking up and having breakfast. 

I had not seen his face even once this morning. I felt like seeing him once. But I did not feel like walking. Since it was a small distance, teleporting there would not be bad for me.
