They are just jealous.

Canary was already back in his office and reviewing whatever that happened in his absence.
He first had a meeting from which he met Joel who welcomed him back.
After he went back to his office and while he relaxed he thought about Lisa and got his phone.
After a moment, he typed out a message and hit send.
Canary: "Hope your first day back at the office is going well. Let me know if you need anything."
He stared at the screen for a few moments, then set his phone down, returning to his work. But his mind kept drifting back to Lisa, wondering how she was adjusting to being back in the office.
Lisa was with Gladys, Simon, and the rest of the team in their office, catching up on the latest projects.
Laughter filled the room as they exchanged stories, but Lisa's phone buzzed, pulling her attention away from the conversation.
She glanced at the screen and saw a message from Canary:
Canary: "Hope your first day back at the office is going well. Let me know if you need anything."
Her heart skipped a beat. The message was simple, but she could feel the weight of his words.
She quickly typed a reply, trying to keep her tone casual.
Lisa: "Thanks! Everything's fine so far. Just adjusting."
Gladys noticed Lisa's distracted expression and leaned in with a teasing grin. "Who's that?"
Lisa quickly pocketed her phone, trying to hide the sudden flush on her cheeks. "Just work stuff," she replied, giving a small laugh.
But inside, her thoughts raced.
Canary picked up his phone again, seeing Lisa's reply to his earlier message:
Lisa: "Thanks! Everything's fine so far. Just adjusting."
He smiled at her response, his thoughts drifting to their time in London. Without thinking too much, he typed his reply:
Canary: "I miss you."
He stared at the message for a moment, his finger hovering over the send button. A part of him wondered if it was too soon, but he hit send anyway.
As the message went through, Canary leaned back in his chair, trying to focus on work, but his mind kept wandering to Lisa and the feelings he couldn't quite
Lisa smiled as she read Canary's message, her heart fluttering at the simplicity of his words. She quickly typed back:
Lisa: "I miss you too."
She paused for a moment, considering her next message, but before she could type anything more, her phone buzzed again.
Canary: "Come to my office when you get a chance. I want to see you."
Her breath caught at the invitation. She quickly glanced around the office at her colleagues, who were still chatting and working. It felt like a mix of excitement and nerves building inside her.
She quickly typed:
Lisa: "I'll be there soon."
As she tucked her phone away, she couldn't help but feel a rush of anticipation.
The idea of seeing Canary in private again made her heart race, even though she was trying to keep things low-key at the office.
Lisa made her way through the office, her heart pounding as she approached Canary's office.
She hesitated for just a moment outside the door before she pushed it open.
Canary was standing by the window, his back to her. He turned around when he heard the door open, his expression softening the moment his eyes met hers.
Without saying a word, he walked toward her, pulling her into a warm embrace.
Lisa melted into his arms, the comfort of his touch easing some of the tension she didn't even realize she'd been holding.
" Hi.. Someone might find us.." Lisa spoke trying to pull away from the hug.
" You are my girlfriend. Is it bad ?" He asked.
" No, But this is a work place." She said.
" Haha.." Canary released her and looked down at her.
" No one can come in without knocking first. Unlike you everybody here gives me respect." He spoke.
" You mean that I don't respect you ?" Lisa asked.
" Have you forgotten how you used to slap and kick me back then ?" Canary question.
Lisa turned her back at him In embrassement.
" That was back then. You used to act arrogant and brutal towards me." She said,
Canary smiled and walked over to her. He hugged her from the back wrapping his arms around her waist and she felt his face closer to hers. He was warm and smelt so good.
" Lisa, That will never happy. I will never do anything to hurt you again," Canary promised.
" Really ?" Lisa asked.
He released her waist and turned her around to look at him.
" I promise you Lisa, I hurt you enough. And will never do it again." He said,
" What of playing around with other women ?" Lisa asked looking up at him.
" Ha.." Canary chuckled.
" That me back then before I found you, but now eveything has changed." He looked deep into her eyes as if he wanted to look into her soul.
" Lisa, This is the me you made. I love you and only you.," He concluded.
Lisa gave Canaru a grin not believing that these words were coming from him.
" I love you.." She said in a soft murmur.
Canary's arms wrapped around her, and before she could say anything, he gently cupped her face and leaned in to kiss her. His lips were warm and soft just like hers and it was sweet feeling to both of them.
The kiss was soft at first, tender as if to savor the moment they had together.
Lisa kissed him back, the world outside fading away as they shared the quiet intimacy.
Canary pulled away leaving Lisa's eyes shut as if she still wanted more. She slowly opened her eyes and looked up at him.
" Let's go for a date .," Canary declared.
" What , A date ?" She asked not believing.
" Mmm.." He nodded:
" I.. Iam.."
" We are meeting this Saturday evening." He said before she could finish what she wanted to say.
" Huh.. Okay then.." She agreed.
" Fine, I will now let you go back for work.." he said.
