“All I want to do now is crash in front of the TV and watch the game,” Liam said, rubbing his distended belly. “That was one fucking awesome meal, Barry.”
The other men at the table murmured their agreement.
“I thought maybe breakfast might have been a fluke, but you more than proved yourself with dinner.”
“Thanks,” Barry said, glowing with pride.
Liam turned a stern gaze on first Jimmy then Jake. “You two sons of bitches better keep this guy sweet, ’cause if you do anything to upset him and he leaves, I’m fuckin’ leaving with him.”
Wayne laughed. “Yeah, me, too. Barry, if you get tired of Beavis and Butt-head, you can come share my bedroll.”
