章 1755: act like children? be prepared to be treated like one

Later on Yu Dong realised that Chen Mi was not unreasonably angry. He was indeed driven crazy by the two mers. The two of them were supposed to be helping Chen Mi in cooking instead of Sun Jie and Fang Chi. 

The result? Those two didn't talk or share what they were going to do. Which resulted in twice the amount of onions chopped, even the salt was added twice to the chicken. Chen Mi had to use a boiled potato to get rid of the excess salt. 

By the time lunch was cooked, Chen Mi was tired to the point that he wished he could bar these two mers from his kitchen. He was on the verge of collapsing, if not for the sake of his son who was waiting for lunch, he would have closed the kitchen and refused to cook anything today! 

Yu Dong was stupefied when she found out that Ye Liu and Shen Li had tormented Chen Mi like this, she turned to look at the two mers who for some reason looked ashamed and embarrassed now that the matter was brought out in the open.
