章 232: Caught?

She knew that it was a pursuit of greed with no end in sight. Samantha herself had no idea at what point she would finally be satiated, if ever.

But somewhere in the back of her mind Samantha always remembered that although 'that' barrier seemed to have disappeared, perhaps it still existed, and she just couldn't feel it. As long as Emilia remained conscious of it, it would never be truly gone.

And so her daring grew, but so did her caution. When Emilia proposed to reward her with a date, Samantha was of course ecstatic. But as much as she looked forward to it, it also filled her with dread.

Would she finally discover that barrier once more? After all, it couldn't have disappeared.

"Do you really love me the most in the world, big sister?"

Samantha's eyes were red, and there were already tears pooling in them, but her voice remained firm. "YES!"

Emilia smiled. "Then come on, kiss me…"
