"Will this even work?" Hu Hao looked at Bi Fang setting up the trap, somewhat skeptical.

"Maybe it will, maybe it won't, but if it does, we're in the money," replied Bi Fang.

Bi Fang secured the bow made from bark ropes to the stump, set the arrows in place, pulled it taut, and hooked it to the catch tied to the trip line behind it.

"All set, let's keep moving."

Bi Fang, torch in hand, moved on after ensuring everything was correct. They chose not to rest that night and continued their journey.

Sleeping was definitely not the right move with the wolf pack watching them at all times.
