Miyazaki: Are you free right now?

Toya quickly typed out a reply, curious about what she had in mind.

Miyazaki: I'm feeling bored, let's hang out.

Miyazaki: I'm at Tokyo train station.

Toya leaned back in his chair, contemplating his response. "Well, one thing led to another, and I realized that I have some strong negative feelings towards her. Sometimes, her personality just rubs me the wrong way. So, I'm actually glad she found someone else."

Miyazaki raised an eyebrow, her curiosity getting the best of her. "You know, you're incredibly handsome, Toya. I'm still puzzled as to why you're single."

Toya chuckled, a hint of bashfulness in his voice. "The same question could be asked of you, Miyazaki. But honestly, it's just that I don't have enough time. My schedule is packed with classes, assignments, and other commitments."

Miyazaki smirked mischievously. "Packed, huh? Well, you can make time for me, can't you? Your schedule isn't too packed for that."

Toya couldn't help but smile at her remark. "Well, first of all, it's you. And secondly, you're one of my best friends. Of course, I can make time for you."

Miyazaki beamed with delight. "Hehe, that's what I like to hear! Let's take a stroll around town and enjoy the evening."

Toya nodded eagerly. "Sounds like a plan!"

They strolled through the bustling streets, exploring shops and engaging in lively conversations along the way. Time seemed to fly by, and before they knew it, the sky had transformed into a beautiful shade of orange.

"I'm going to head back to my dorm now. See you soon, Toya," Miyazaki said, waving goodbye to him.

Toya returned the wave with a smile. "Yeah, you too, Miyazaki."

With that, they went their separate ways. Toya decided to make a quick stop at the nearby convenience store to grab some fizzy drinks. As he approached the counter to make his purchase, he couldn't believe his eyes.

"Koichi?" Toya exclaimed, surprised to see his junior standing in front of him.
