章 122: Missing

Walking along the streets, the couple drew the attention of the civilians.

The women swooned at the sight of the man's ruggedly handsome looks. While the men were bewitched by the lady's peerless beauty.

Suddenly, the thundering hooves of the horses shook the ground. The speed at which the carriage ran was too fast.

The peddlers hurriedly pulled their carts containing their merchandise back.  Several pieces of fruit rolled down on the ground and were then squashed by the horses and the wheels of the carriage.

The parents whose children were playing on the street quickly carried them off the road. Their hearts beat fast in adrenaline caused by the fear of their children getting run over by the aggressive transportation.

"Liling! Liling! Where are you?! Has anybody seen my child?! Liling! Liling!!!" The mother and father shouted among the crowd, full of anxiety.
