章 120: I Love You, Your Majesty*

Aisha froze for a second as she felt King Leandro's comforting gesture for her. Her forehead knitted together as she wondered why he was acting that way. Surely, he was mad at her. 

She didn't just disobey him. She also caused him trouble.

Aisha knew how distressed the King was simply because of the complaint of the Gaean people because of starvation and lack of their staple food. Another issue added to it, was the food poisoning of the guests during their wedding ceremony.

It was better if it was just an accident. But it was done on purpose and someone has tried to manipulate the situation, bringing fear, doubt, and mistrust in everybody's heart. 

Now she was involved in it. She couldn't help but nuzzle her head in his chest. She wanted to be of help. But it seemed like she was just creating more trouble for him.
