章 103: Chapter 103 - Battle Hardened

With each step he took towards us, I could see a fire in his eyes just light up. He was pissed, and oh was that obvious. Just as I was about to tell the rest, that I was gonna take this man on, Francis took a step forward, extending his arm in front of me. I took his signal, and stepped down. With the rest of the guys, we backed off to protect Caleb as much as we could, if the fight went ugly, but in essence, we just wanted to see this play out from a safe distance.

"These guys are fighting for me," Francis said, in a more or less calm manner, "I can't have them do all of the baddies in my stead."

"You're bold to fight me, kid," Rossi replied in an almost condescending way, "Shame you didn't learn from your stupid brother."

"Hey hey!" he replied, "Even if we don't get along, don't diss him right in front of me."

"I say what I want to," he said, "Who're you to stop me?"

"Apparently your superior," Francis laughed, "At least soon to be."
