The further they went, the more the forest began to change. The trees became less dense, and the underbrush thinned out, revealing patches of soft grass and wildflowers. The air grew warmer, and the sounds of the forest became more lively, with the calls of birds and the rustling of small animals filling the air.
Knox, now more relaxed, chirped happily as they walked, his eyes bright with curiosity as he looked around at their surroundings. The young lad couldn't help but smile at the little creature's enthusiasm. It was clear that Knox was beginning to feel more comfortable, and that comfort was contagious.
