"I need your help."

Drage's POV
We're in the Viridian Inn, silently sipping our tea. I caught a glimpse of the person sitting in front of us. His long silver hair has a beautiful face and every minute, the color of his eyes keeps changing, as does his pale white, milky skin. No one dared to speak, since we were cautious because we might say something rude.
He silently put his teacup down and stared at us.
"Uhm... Is there anything you want, my lord?" The princess speaks respectfully. He only shakes his head off.
"I heard you were going to the north."
"Y-yes! *Fake cough* It is said that a kraken rampaged, and the fishers were afraid to go sailing. They wanted my help, so I lent them a hand." The princess said while stuttering. He looked at us and asked us questions.
"When did it start?" He asked.
"Y-yes?" Oswald
"The rampage."
"Ah... It started a month ago. We thought it was just having a stroll at our sea, so we didn't even bother with it. But suddenly, we heard from our people that it attacked the fisher and killed them. We tried different things to make it leave our sea, but it didn't even budge. That's why our king tried to gather the strongest people on the continent to kill the kraken." I spoke.
"We tried to persuade some renowned sword masters on this continent, but they turned down our request." Seymour.
"Have you gone to the Rathian kingdom?" He asked.
"Yes, but they swiftly refused our request, and they chased us out of their kingdom." Leighton.
"They didn't even let us explain the entire situation." Pierce.
"They also mistreated us and called us names and laughed at us." Oswald. We talked about our complaints regarding the Rathian kingdom. The lord became silent while trying to stock the entire information in his mind. After minutes of silence, the lord puts the teacup down while massaging his nose bridge.
"Those bastards *sigh*." We all just went silent, gulping really hard.
"*Smile brightly* Don't worry, I will handle the Rathian smoothly'." The lord definitely emphasizes the word smoothly. We can't even utter a single word, caused by his aura that is radiating throughout the room. His aura is not weak nor strong, but it can have us shake in fear. I think he's just trying to control his aura enough to make us obey.
"Callis." The lord raised his left hand, and the rabbit showed up. The rabbit's right hand is placed on his left shoulder. It's a sign of respect.
"You know what to do." The lord calmly said while drinking his tea.
"As you wish." Before the rabbit disappeared, he gently lowered his head towards the lord, and he also bids us goodbye to us.
"*Whisper* It was a wonderful choice to help you conquer the kraken or else my kingdom will be destroyed." The princess said.
"*Puts the teacup down* So, who are the other participants?"
"Uhhh..... Fr-from Lustina kingdom, we have Count of Lysanthir with his son, Killian Alvar Lysanthir and a group of assassins, and the duke's son, Zain Vallen Ravana, the Crown prince, and the Royal knights, Lucas Zaphiel Lustina. From Sylthana Empire, we have the Grand Duke's son, Silve Dain Venreith, the Imperial crown prince, Reeve Khidell Slythana, the Imperial knights, and a sage named Lios. From the Elyarus kingdom, we have the princess, Rhyne Althee Elyarus, the mages, and also the Royal knights." I nervously said.
"What about necromancers and dark elves?"
"*Shakes head* We can't find any of them since they are rarely to be seen." Seymour said.
"I see... *Drinks the tea. *" The room became silent again.
"My lord, I have a question." Princess.
"*Puts down the teacup* Speak."
"Uhm... What are you planning to do with the Rathian kingdom?" she asked curiously.
"*Smirk* You'll see." He said as he continued drinking his tea.

The next morning, we heard the news from the princess that the Rathian's forest lit up on fire devouring every plant, tree, and creature living inside the forest. They tried asking for help from the dryads, but no one showed up. Rumours said that they angered the gods and were punished.
We tried to talk to the rabbit, but he didn't even say a word.
"The lord is waiting for you inside." We went inside the room and saw him sitting on a single chair with his eyes closed. The six of us, including the princess, silently entered the room and sat on the chair. After a minute of silence, he opened his eyes, and he was seated comfortably.
"Now, let begin." He snapped his fingers, and the curtains moved and it covered the windows. The light was lit by itself, and a soundproof barrier appeared.
"So, the reason I called you here..." We remained soundless and waited for the lord to continue.

"I want you all to keep my existence top secret." He looked at us with a serious look.

"I have been protecting this continent in the shadows, and right now, only you and the count of Lysanthir and his son knew I exist." He continued.

"But, my lord, isn't it better to let everyone know that you're alive?" The princess asked a question, but he only shook his head, meaning he was disagreeing.
"Do you know why I didn't publicize my existence?" We shook our heads and looked in his direction.
"Because I know that the Disas continent will try to wage war and conquer this continent. And if that happens, this continent will fall."
"...."

"...."
"*Raises right hand* Quick question." Pierce.
"Spill it."
"Is it okay to tell the Royalties about your existence?" Pierce was very careful of the way he talks right now.

"If you try to tell it to someone or to anyone. *Smirk* You might as well pray for your kingdom to not fall into ruin." We nervously gulped when we thought about what would happen to our kingdom.
"Tell no one, not even your family, your friends, your subordinates, or even the kings, and queens. 'Trust no one.' Understand?" We continuously nodded our heads before finishing our discussion.
