Anyone who know how to find this raw?….............................................................................…........................
this will definitely be the next big slice of life novel,... until webnovel butchers it like every other good novel they have, and then a hiatus will absolutely destroy whatever speck of potential this story has left. You know, in typical webnovel fashion. i just hope that i get bored by the time that happens so that i wont be hurt as much.

Outside of traditional Eastern Fantasy stories I like these kind of stories where you learn about stuff. I had no idea about Goose-Necked Barnacles being a edible delicacy. Cool. Anyway much better story than all the westernized drivel that's been offered on trial lately.

please make a restriction that only the person wearing the necklace can have the benefits like the drop of essence of whatever it was called cause it will be boring if he gives it to someone else,it is his cheat!thanks.

Very interesting story, from the title I thought it was going to be like some of the other "Teaser" Novels that have been released these few weeks. The title made me expect it to be something that caused the MC to become very OP quickly but to my surprise while it does have that aspect it isn't so quick to make the character strong. This story seems like it has a lot of potential unlike others which break the story (by making the MC OP) so much that their is very little plot or story so that the book ends quickly. I hope this story gets picked and it continues down the route and doesn't stray off and become something cliché.
I have given a review for this novel before, but that one isn't very fair. I was relieved that Webnovel have started to use Chinese names again for MC's names (as it should be!). Since I have read this book and actually enjoy it, I'm going to give this a fair review. For me, this is one of the best novel from this batch's Trial Read. It's relaxing and lighthearted, so no battle and not much romance here. MC is an excellent university graduate and had been working in a company for one or two (?) years. But someday, he gets tired of living that kind of life (corporate slave *cough*) and decided to go back to his hometown. His hometown is situated in a seaside, so people there are mostly fishermen. He goes back to his house and finds a mysterious object (the heart of the ocean) that gives him the ability to swim better, promote his constitution and senses, and know a LOT about marine creatures. He uses this ability to catch rare fish, lobsters, and many other seafood. He heals and gains two animal companions. He also reconnects with his childhood friends and people from the village. For now (25 chaps), his goal is to use his ability to develop this village and its people. World's similar to ours, with some hint of supernatural (the object and the mysterious disappearance of villagers). The characters are average, with a usual childhood friend sidekick and rich business woman as a buyer of his fish. MC is not dumb and still quite rational. Overall, this is quite a pleasant read.
Expect a protagonist who treats men with disdain and practically worships the ground women walk on. I wouldn't be surprised if this author was a feminist. All hail the mighty XX chromosome!
I'm wrong when I thought that this novel will be something like being a city lord of an island because that's what I though when I first read the title. This novel is basically the mc relying on the heart of the ocean to earn a fortune. He decided to leave his work in the city and became a fisherman instead. One of the character in the novel is also annoying—the granddaughter of the village chief. I think she will be the fl of the mc.
Haven't read the novel yet, but I just want to say... FINALLY. A NON-WESTERNIZED NAME. Thank God. Really guys, a random Chinese name is much better than Bick, or Eddie Edward, or Sidel, or Samuel in Chinese novels! Support this!
Looks interesting. No different from any modern-building home novel like Galactic Garbage Station,etc but this time is building an Island! [img=coins] Not enough details sadly
an island full of women? 🌚 An ocean full of mermaid? 🌚🌚 employees full of ladies in bikinis🌚🌚🌚 But mc is a dense idiot😔😔😔😔 three star to counter all spams. (I'm a good guy so no 1 star)
