章 15: Vs Kakashi
The Next day Naruto skipped his early morning exercise in anticipation for the famous bell test. He wore his shinobi attire along with fingerless hand gloves with metal at the behind of his palm. He made some food and sealed it in a storage scroll.
Leaving the apartment, he expanded his sensory perception and found out that Kakashi was in the memorial stone like always and Sakura and Sasuke are already in the training ground waiting.
He smirked and jumped across rooftop and running to the ground. 'Hey Kurama, how shall we deal with Kakashi, shall we just defeat him or utterly crush him' Naruto joked to Kurama in his mind. 'It's for your decision kid, like I said he is your father's student' said Kurama.
'That didn't help me when I was being hunted around the village, he only approached me when I found out about my parents. I'm just gonna teach him a lesson' Naruto said the last part with an evil smile.
'Whatever kid, don't go overboard and break him' Kurama smirked.
'Ofcourse.'
Naruto went to the training ground, didn't go to his teammates, but went and placed a few trap seals which he created, he named it Distortion summon seal. Since it was already 9 in the morning he went to his teammates and greeted them with a smile.
"NARUTOOOO!!!! YOUR'E LATE!" yelled Sakura.
"Mn" Sasuke nodded in admission.
"Uh.. Sorry, I saw an old lady crossing the road with bags in her hand, so I escorted her to her house." Naruto said with an apologitic smile.
After hearing Naruto both Sasuke and Saurka believed him because of his apologitic smile. Then both their stomach started to grumble and their face changed in embarrassment.
Seeing them Naruto sighed. "Both of you didn't your breakfast, you guys will be great shinobi with empty stomach" Naruto mocked them.
Hearing Naruto both of them flinched. He then took the scroll and unsealed it revealed the food to his teammates. Seeing and smelling the food, both of them had small waterfall in their mouths.
"With how High Sasuke's pride is and how Sakura take her diet seriously I know you wouldn't take my mumbling seriously. As a shinobi you must always see through deception and more importantly they should see the hidden meaning in everything"
Hearing that Sakura was embarrassed and Sasuke's pride was hurt that Naruto was trying to teach him something. Then both calmed down and ate the food while making 'Yumm' faces and an embarrassed one after realizing it.
After some time Naruto could sense Kakashi walking towards them, then he smirked. Like usual Kakashi greeted them with an eye smile.
"YOUR'E LATE!!!!" Sakura yelled.
"Uh.. Sorry, I saw an old lady crossing the road with bags in her hand, so I escorted her to her house." Kakashi said just like Naruto did.
Hearing that both Sasuke and Sakura turned towards Naruto with an angry look, in return Naruto then turned to another side and started whistling innocently. Looking at what is happening in front of him Kakashi just stood there with a dumbfound expression.
"Okay it's time for test" saying that Kakashi took a big alarm clock and put it on a pole and set the timer and then took two bells from his pocket.
"Now listen up, it's 9 o clock and you have till 12 o clock to take this bell from me", said while showing the bells and says "whichever one of you doesn't get a bell goes back to the academy" shocking Sakura and Sasuke.
"That's crazy" Sakura exclaimed.
"Well, that's the test. So now it's time to get started. Remember come at me with the intent to kill, now 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, start" Kakashi exclaimed.
Then both Sasuke and Sakura jumped into the forest while Naruto just stood there, Kakashi stood there opened his perverted book and started reading then asked Naruto, "Aren't you going to hide Naruto-kun"
"No point, I'll just wait until they want to work together, this is just to see whether we are working together ignoring our personal interest working as a team", Naruto said in a calm manner.
Hearing that Kakashi was shocked that Naruto saw through the test so easily. Before he could ask anything couple of shuriken came flying to him and hit him in his back. Naruto then saw Sasuke jump outside of a bush with a shocked expression and then smirked saying, "Is that all, after all that talk, it just shows how elite us Uchiha are"
Seeing that Naruto sighed and pointed towards the direction where Kakashi was, Sasuke turned only to be shocked to see a log impaled with shuriken instead of his sensei.
Kakashi then went to close quarters combat and engage in a taijutsu battle with Sasuke. At that time Kakashi turned to block a kunai thrown by Naruto, kakashi looked towards him and Naruto just shrugged, seeing this opportunity Sasuke was about to grab the bell, Kakashi made some distance between them. At that time Sasuke started to go through a series of hand signs, seeing that Kakashi also went through a series of hand signs.
"Katon : Goukakyuu no jutsu (Fire element : Blazing fire ball)" Sasuke shouted and a big fireball was sent out towards Kakashi creating a big explosion around him when it landed, when the smoke cleared there wasn't anyone. Sasuke was startled and started looking around. At that time there was a hand gripping his ankle from the ground and dragged him into the ground,
"Doton : Shinjuusanshu no jutsu (Earth element : Suicidal Beheading) You are good at ninjutsu, but you have many flaws" said kakashi and then disappeared. Sasuke looked towards Naruto and said "Dobe get me out, I need to get him" with full of pride even in that situation.
Naruto ignored him and sat down next to his head. After a few minute they both heard Sakura yell, then Naruto made 2 clones and transformed one into Sasuke. He then pulled and held the real Sasuke out and then Shunshined into the forest. In a few seconds both of them went to an open field where they could see Sakura Knocked out.
Both of them went to her and dispelled the genjutsu. After waking up she hugged Sasuke shouting his name. "If you two are so thick skulled and still don't understand it I'll say it in simple ways, no wet in the year genin can single handedly defeat a war experienced jonin. We are placed in three man team under a jonin only to point an important thing, teamwork".
After hearing that Sakura had a guilty look and Sasuke had a conflicted look. "Look I have a plan and already made preparations" saying that he told them the plan.
After a few seconds Kakashi came out of the bushes saying, "Nice trick to distract me with shadow clones Naruto". After that Naruto smirked and said "Thank you sensei, you know you should use your Sharingan, you need it" talking about Sharingan Sasuke was confused.
Naruto threw a smoke bomb and the 3 of them disappeared. Kakashi stood there thinking how they would attack, then there were 10 Naruto came out and started to engage in taijutsu battle. Kakashi was surprised at how sturdy the clones were. Then suddenly all clones dispelled themselves creating smoke and blocking Kakashi vision.
This is his chance so Naruto summoned 4 Pikachus of each element except earth and transformed them into looking like Naruto. He then ordered them the plan. At that time Sasuke surprised the Jonin again with the same fire jutsu making him to dodge it by moving to the side. When the jonin moved to the side, a barrage of kunai flew towards him while he thought 'Sakura huh?'
He then jumped back escaping the kunai only to see Sasuke retreating, somewhat feeling uneasy he turned back to see 2 Naruto 20 feet away from him. He saw both Narutos had their hands near their shoulder and then pushed them forward. To the shock of jonin water came from one Naruto and yellow lightning came from another one. Seeing this combo attack Kakashi jumped up in the air.
When he was in the air again there was bunch of kunai thrown by Sakura, headed at him prompted him to block with his own. At that his hard earned instincts screamed at him to turn his head only to see another 2 Narutos with the pushing action, then a large attack of fire strengthened by wind aimed at him like tornado made of fire. With his last resort he used a substitution and landed in a branch 20 feet away from burned log.
Two Naruto clones were watching all this and smirked as they had the white haired jonin where they wanted. Crouching in a tree branch was sweating 'That looked like a well thought plan, if I was a fraction of second late I would have been toast' thought Kakashi. While Kakashi was thinking that, there was 2 tag behind him in a tree, it glowed slightly and each sent a chakra string towards Kakashi and latched onto him, then blending with his dress and distorting his chakra flow. At that time two clones of Naruto came out from the place the tag was there in a puff of smoke.
Naruto then crouched and formed a trigger hand seal and went for attack shouting "Hidden finger technique : A thousand years of death" and went for attack surprising the jonin. Kakashi was greatly aware of the imminent danger of the technique tried to Substitute away, but he couldn't mold chakra.
After feeling the poking in his ass the jonin shot upwards and lands in another branch few feet away holding his ass in pain. He then turned to see two Narutos smiling, one with bells, 'He must have swiped it when I tried to substitute' thought Naruto.
Seeing this unusual technique defeating the jonin Sakura was embarrassed at this kind of attack and Sasuke was internally destroyed that this technique worked than his jutsu. The clone having the bells jumped to a clearing and the other one dispelled, and the group arrived around him.
