They arrived in the second camp in the afternoon. Tristan offered to rest for a while before they set out again. Rosa nodded in agreement as one of the soldiers took Ruh from her. A tent was set up for her at the far end of the camp. Everything was new for Rosa. For the first time again, she was not helping set up the camp.
A strange pressure was looming on her shoulders. It was like the shadow was back and pressuring her to listen. Rosa chuckled, even though being out of the curse was a relief. Rosa missed the shadow in this kind of time. There was someone who could read her thoughts. Tristan escorted Rosa to a sizeable grey tent set for the commander. They opened the flap for both of them to walk in. Rosa walked in slowly, taking in the scene of the tent.
Her feet shivered a bit as she forced herself to walk towards the center of the large tent. A makeshift table was set up for her, as well as a bed behind it.
