章 14: Confession 2

Trevor didn't know how to react when he heard Max's confession. He froze and stares at Max with his eyes wide open. His head was buzzing and his emotions were all over the place. He was surprised, sad, happy, worried, ... To sum up, his head was a mess. He didn't know Max's story, his feelings, his struggles before, he started to regret how he had treated Max since they met. And without him knowing it, a drop of tears began to fall from his eyes.

Trevor covered his face with his hand," I'm sorry, Max...", was all he could say.

He just realized how hard the last month must have been difficult for Max when he lived with him. Max had never complained when he treated him badly. 'He must have fought his cravings and feelings every day just to make me feel good,' Trevor thought. He'd been so focused on protecting himself that he'd forgotten Max was in the same trouble too. He wasn't the only one suddenly drawn into this fateful relationship. Maybe it was because he looked so strong and unfazed that he had even forgotten to take his feelings into consideration, Trevor thought as Max interrupted his train of thought.

Max stroked his nape "Why are you sorry?" He asked, looking lovingly at Trevor and took him into his embrace seeing how sad he was.

"I'm such a selfish person, I was only thinking about my own well being and not thinking that you might have your struggles too. I'm judging you, thinking that you're just after my body like every other guy... I fail to see your sincerity," Trevor said under his breath swallowing with difficulty.

"Don't be sorry, babe" "Actually, that's all in your honour, you know... I thought it was impressive, you are fighting your physical desire because you want a meaningful relationship, I'm quite proud of you" Max smiled with his eyes and mouth.

Trevor's lips quivered "I just don't want to regret this... you know I've watched my mother die little by little because of a one-sided commitment, I'm just scared to jump into a relationship with someone I don't really know..."

"I know ... and I have to say that I'm glad you're taking your time ... it just means you're seriously considering me, at least I know it's not my money or my body you're interested in!" Max joked

"Who says I'm not interested?" Trevor rolled his eyes, waggled his eyebrow and looked at Max with a playful smile.

"I'm glad to know you're interested in my body" Max grinned bringing Trevor even closer to him "and for my money, actually I'll gladly give it all to you, it's already yours anyway... My hubby deserves nothing but the best"

Trevor blushed as he heard Max's last sentence "who's your hubby here, don't put the cart before the horse". He pushed him slightly to make some distance between them.

Max just smiled thinking that he would never let Trevor go no matter what. He would do his best to be the best man he ever had.

"You know, when my little guy down there started twitching when I saw you smile, I literally wanted to throw myself at you just to feel more. I've been waiting for this moment for a long time, I've been craving this feeling for so long!! ..."

"Then why did you stop.... You were a perfect gentleman, even that time when I was in heat and when you could have perfectly taken advantage of my lustful mind you didn't... That question had been stuck in my mind, even though I'm grateful that you didn't do anything more than what happened... Am I not that attractive?" Trevor asked with one brown up as if he was challenging Max to answer 'yes.

Max just chuckled, thinking about how many times he had touched himself in the shower, thinking about Trevor's little touches or just his great scent.

"I was able to hold back because, as I said, my heart had decided that you were the one. My heart skipped a beat at that moment when I first saw you, it wasn't just physical for me, it was love at first sight ..."

"Ouch, that was so cheesy." Trevor smiled.

"Right? I didn't know I could be so corny ... Ahah... See what you're making me do?" Max touched the back of his neck sheepishly. "Anyway, I want you to know that no one else makes me feel the way you do. You helped me see a flower blossom in the desert ... You are so special to me and I swear it will always be that way. I would do anything for you" Max took Trevor's hand tenderly "So you think you can trust me on that and give me your love?"

"Do I really have any choice? It seems I can't live without you"

That wasn't what Max wanted to hear. What was he implying... that he couldn't leave him because they had their bond? 'Wait, we haven't done that yet, so... ' Max thoughts were buzzing in his head.

While Max was busy with his own thoughts, Trevor sighed before adding, 'I'm tired of running, it's just draining me to fight my own feelings, I don't know why I'm so stubborn... maybe because I'm scared. But this week alone has made me understand that without me knowing, you were already buried deep in my heart. ", Trevor admitted sheepishly.

"I actually can't believe I'm confessing this to someone I've met since only three months," Trevor was all red, but he figured if he didn't reveal his feelings now, he wouldn't have the courage to do it later.

He put his hands on his face and sighed before turning back to Max "I've never had feelings like this, I've had a crush before but it only lasted a week... I admit the first time I saw you I felt those so-called butterflies," Trevor shivered slightly after his sentence because he felt it was so cheesy.

Max just chuckled at Trevor's reaction.

Trevor smiled back and continued, "Actually, I never thought a day like this would come. Knowing my illness, I've been longing for someone to share my life with. And I realize that you are the one, not because our fates are tied together, but because you are the only one who has made me feel this way. I honestly have never felt this way before and I always want to feel more. I want to help you live a colorful life, I want to be happy and I know you can make me happy because every moment I spent with you was always with a smile," Trevor smiled at Max after saying everything that was on his mind and hugged him tightly.

Max was still processing Trevor's confession. He couldn't believe it. He had been waiting for this moment since Trevor had appeared in front of him. He had dreamed of this moment. 'Is this really happening? Am I dreaming?" Max was so lost that he didn't hear Trevor calling him.

Trevor laughed mischievously when he saw Max's dazed reaction. He chuckled before leaning in to press a kiss on Max's lips.

The touch of her lips woke Max up instantly. With their lips still just an inch distance apart Trevor smiled "Are you that happy? Shall we make it more real?" Trevor teased Max.

Max didn't hesitate for a second. He smiled broadly before locking their lips again. This time it was a hot kiss. They played passionately with each other's lips and tongues. This time their kiss fervently, all the things that were restraining them being tossed away.

Trevor's hands gripped Max's hair tightly as the kiss was so mind-blowing. Max's hands roamed all over Trevor's body, earning soft moans from Trevor in response to his hot hands playing tenderly with Trevor's nipples under his shirt.

Max made him lay down on the couch and didn't break the kiss until they were out of breath. Max looked lustfully at Trevor, who had the same lust in his eyes.

"Baby, If we continue this, I'll not able to stop afterwards," Max said panting with a hoarse voice.

"Who told you to stop? I want you and it's obvious that you want me too ... So no more game, make me feel good" Trevor put his hand around Max's neck, giving him a seductive smile before pulling him over for another hot and steamy kiss.
