She raised her head high and with a sharp cry she announced her victory over her fate. Loud and clear for all to hear who said she couldn't do it.

With a proud face, she turned and looked up at Donovan.

Even in her dragon form, the girl was barely reaching above his waist.

Her adorable brown eyes looked at him and asked for praise.

Donovan looked her in the eye and finally after a long struggle raised his hand and put on her little dragon head.

"Very good," the plain words came out of his mouth with the hint of a warm smile on his face. 

Hearing those words and that smile on his face the whole ground fell in uttur silence.

What is going on?

What did they just see? 

Their eldest Prince, the actual reincarnation of the devil, just smiled. Not the sarcastic or lifeless business-like but actual genuine smile.
