章 324: The Dowry

The other day Donovan and Silja went to the courtroom in the morning. King Evan has summoned all the ministers and important people so he could make few announcements.

After initial greetings everyone looked at King Evan with curious eyes.

"I have summoned you all for a few important announcements. It is related to our kingdom as well as my daughter," king started.

"Since none of us were present in Silja's wedding, I , as her father, wasn't able to take care of her dowry. But now that she is finally here and has accepted the relationship i would like to announce a few gifts to my daughter," king Evan stood and looked at the servant standing aside who brought a red scroll in forward and opened it.

"These are some of the gifts that king Evan has bestowed upon princess Silja as her dowry," he said in a loud voice and opened the rather long scroll. And the man started to announce each and every thing mentioned on the latter.
