Lily Malum paced her room. She could hear the noise that was around the palace but something was stopping her from coming out. The prince was supposed to have seen her days ago but she had not even seen his shadow. That was quite disrespectful but what could she do? He was the prince of the Red Kingdom and Lily did not want to get on his wrong side. She did not want them to start off on the wrong footing. If that happened, Lily Malum would not be able to exact her plans properly and Seth would be on the defense towards her.
Cecil rushed into the diviner's room with a tray of food. She was quite unsteady while holding the food and by the time she struggled to get in and close the door at the same time, one of the cups on the tray fell and broke into pieces right in front of Cecil. This had been immediately after she had returned from visiting Alys. She was definitely not herself but someone needed to give the Lady dinner and it had even run a little bit late.
