Past
-I think I'm ready to help fight obito now.-
Present.
I quickly write a matrix for a reinforcement seal.
"Shadow clone jutsu!"
*Poof*
I slap the seal on the clone.
"Ok i need you to stay here. I made you a reinforcement seal so you can continuously make clones to give me an infinite supply of nature energy whenever i need it." i say as the clone nods.
I turn away and pack up all of my stuff into storage scrolls. Then i coat myself in a shroud of chakra and dive into the water. I can feel the nature energy seep into my every pore. Nourishing my bones and blood. Making me a little stronger. After i get out of the hole in the ocean floor i look up. 'That's scary as hell, I cant see the top.'
(A.N That's my biggest fear)
Directing my chakra to the bottom of my feet, i propel myself upwards pushing a steady stream of chakra out of my feet. I fly out of the water and pull out my kagune.
'I need to get back to the war asap!' I flapped my wings as hard as i could.
After about five or six hours of nonstop flying i make it to the rocky terrain that was being used as a battlefield.
'Oh shit. That happened earlier than i thought it would' I think as i see the ten tails. I activate sage mode and i can feel all the tailed beasts still alive and well. Phew. 'Wait, Shit!'
I quickly check my quest to see if i failed in saving the people i need to save.
--Quest! Fight in the war!--
Objectives:
-Fight until you can't anymore for the world is at stake!
-Stop as many deaths as you can.
-Save Kaguya from being resealed.
Optional objectives:
-Save Neji Hyuuga from death
-Save Obito Uchiha from death.
-Save Inoichi Yamanaka from death
-Save Shikaku Nara from death.
Rewards: Title: The one loved by the world.(comes with benefits)
Completing all Optional objectives reward: Mystic eyes of death perception.
'Phew' They are still alive so i can save them. I look up from my quest and see a big ass red ball coming my way. 'Oh shit they die now? My life is easier now that i know around what time i returned'
"Annihilate and rehabilitate Ouroboros!" I yell as i transform.
"Shit this isn't going to be enough."
"Segunda Ressureccion!" yelling once again i transform again.
Segunda Ressureccion and sage mode is definitely enough to stop this. I remember omonari telling me that this particular sage mode allows one to make barriers to protect their allies. Not to mention it'll be powered by my Segunda Ressureccion.
"Kuchiyose no jutsu!" 'Omonari! Nobuo! Help me construct this barrier! I will take no chances when it comes to saving these people!'
It may have been weakened from not having all of its chakra back, I may be overreacting to this, Even with my Segunda powered barrier, But i will take zero chances. Just incase my barrier breaks. Even though weakened, It's still a Juubi bomb!
I sonido at my fastest speed towards the shinobi headquarters. Pushing damn near every bit of nature energy out of my body, leaving just barely enough to keep me in sage mode for a minute, I Quickly make a barrier out of the nature energy i just expelled. I also pour hollowfied chakra into it while Omo and Nobuo are strengthening the barrier.
The Tailed beast bomb hits my barrier. They clashed, like two mystical monsters fighting each-other over a territorial dispute. I take my barrier and redirect the bomb upwards!
--Shikaku Nara pov--
I've been fighting and directing the ASF for days. Troublesome war. Why can't i just be allowed to rest. I hear Inoichi yelling from his post. "Shikaku! We have a problem! Theres a bomb of chakra heading straight towards the HQ!!"
I look out of the window and can't help but think, 'Ah, shit, troublesome war. Damn. We obviously aren't making it out of this alive.' I was about to have Inoichi tell the ASF that we weren't gonna make it out in time when i see a Four winged, white haired, Snow color skinned man with a green crown floating above his head, along with two panther looking things with fish features. 'What the hell?' He turns around and looks at me. His eyes are yellow, with black pupils. He also has a weird symbol on his forehead. He winks at me and turns back around. I see a greenish-red barrier appear out of thin air.
The bomb crashes against the barrier. Prolonging the inevitable. He puts his arm out and i can see the barrier shift a bit. He throws the barrier up sending the bomb high into the sky. He then puts the barrier back infront of the HQ, protecting it from any further dangers. I can't believe my eyes! I lived, I get to talk to my son again! I look at the barrier and see, there isn't even a scratch on it! What the fuck kind of bullshit jutsu is that?
Forcefully calming myself down, i think, 'Whatever, I won't complain as long as he is on our side.
"Inoichi! Theres a weird man infront of the Shinobi HQ contact the commanders and see if they know him! He has white hair, Snowy white skin, and four wings."
Inoichi proceeds to ask all of the commanders if they know who he is. Only gaara responds 'Does he have a black line running down his chest with a black orb and red energy flowing out in the center?'
'Yes he does'
'Thank god he's back. That's Kuro. He is friendly'
--Back to Kuro--
*Whistle* "Nice! The barrier held up better then i thought it would." I turn back and give a thumbs up to Shikaku.
I look at my quest to see that the death objectives aren't completed yet.
'I guess i need to make sure they survive the war completely to complete the quest.'
'Nobuo, you stay here and protect the people of the Shinobi HQ. They need to stay alive!'
{Yes kuro.} he replies with his stoic voice in my head.
'Omonari you're with me, we need to be on the battlefield. Lets meet up with gaara.'
I fly over to the field where everyone is trying to fight the ten tails i see thousands of red cloaked people, i send out a pulse of chakra, though this one is different. While meant to find gaara, it also recharges all of my allies stamina, washing away their fatigue like it wasn't there in the first place. Sage mode chakra bitches! Everybody feels this and starts fighting even harder than they were before. I locate gaara and fly over to him.
"Gaara! I'm back. I finished what i need to do."
"Good, kuro you are just in time. You are probably the most powerful person here right now. We desperately need your help." He says as i'm constantly scanning the battlefield for Naruto, Hinata, and Neji. Good they aren't too far from here.
"What do you need gaara?"
"Go assist naruto! He is fighting on the front lines. He needs all the help he can get right now."
That works for me i need to save Neji anyways.
I arrive just in time to see neji jump infront of naruto to save him.
I sonido behind neji and make a barrier with the rest of the nature energy i have.
*Ting* *Ting*
The wood spikes that were about to pierce Neji bounced harmlessly off my barrier.
Neji turns around and sees me while naruto looks up. "Kuro! You saved us!" Naruto says happily.
"Well the hero of the story always arrives late now doesn't he?" i say with a grin. I had to get that cliche line in there. It was a necessity.
