The grand banquet hall of the Obsidian Kingdom was illuminated in a brilliant display of golden light. In attendance were the most distinguished members of both the Emerald and the Obsidian Kingdoms as well as royals and guests from the Sapphire Kingdom, the Pearl Kingdom and a handful from the Amber Kingdom who turned up at the last minute (and, for some strange reason no one understood, King Corvus actually let them in)), invited to witness the engagement of Princess Mana of the Emerald Kingdom and Prince Raven of the Obsidian Kingdom – now King Raven of the Pearl Kingdom as well.
