章 315: Ticking clock

Hailey looked at me and then back the castle. We had walked significantly away from the dining hall windows and the only people who could spot us here were the maids or guards.

"This my darling is the blood of my husband," Hailey offered the three vials a little secretively.

I simply refused to take it, "I am talking quite friendly does not mean I am not vary of you. Queen Hailey you are quite a character." It would have been an insult to any lady but I could tell she cared less what anyone spoke about her. 

"Well just so you know I came to here on your request," she was dead serious, "I have too many affairs to take care of. You were the one who asked me to come here on the fifth day with Bane's blood for your father. Now I do not know what level of brainwash the queen has on you-"
