章 275: The Cermesi wedding - I

When Hailey's procession walked down stairs I saw getting more and more serious. The Hailey that I had first met. I could see how much impact she had on people. I mean people could not even see her, if this was an empty procession then too I suppose they would have been gravely silent. 

"Alright you take it from here I am going to go and bring Fang," I said we reached the last step. 

Hailey nodded, "keep a lot of kerchiefs near you." 

"Will do," I said and slipped away from the side as Hailey's procession turned towards the aisle. Everyone was standing as they saw Hailey walk to the middle of the aisle and stop. The men at the front, holding to two bamboos, opened a thin, netted cloth which covered Hailey from other's eyes. No enough that could not even tell who it was but she looked hazy. 

That was the last I saw of whatever ceremony was going on.
