"What took you so long? I was beginning to think you weren't going to make it when you refused to answer my calls," Aimee gave her a stern look, arms crossed over her chest.
"Sorry," Nessa rasped "I didn't have the time to pick since I was running the marathon of my life,"
Her brows narrowed in confusion.
"Long story," Nessa breathed.
"Anyway, let's go, the party began an hour ago, "Aimee said, looping her arm around hers and dragging Nessa into the house. Probably scared the girl might have second thoughts.
The music blasting from the speakers was enough to deafen someone for the rest of their life, but the drunk teenagers didn't seem to mind.
