"I'll make this brief," Alex said, the sincerity in his voice making a show.

He had been running the company for years now, and suddenly there were so many troubles, with most having cost him everything and today was just proof that he was losing more than he was gaining. 

Of course, his decision would clearly seem irrational to others, but it was better than staying here and having to be the bearer of bad news every time. 

Whatever he was about to do, was going to cause another chain reaction, but this was the chain of reactions that Alex wasn't worried about, to say the least. the world could finally go fuck itself if that is what it had to.

It was all because right now, the world was coming at Alexander, and he had no defense. His brother should have been alive to see the world change. His brother shouldn't have been the one to die, not when they had just begun patching things up.
