"aren't you coming love?" Alex asked Lia for the umpteenth time.

Was she really not going to accompany him? Or maybe she felt like he needed to do this alone. Maybe that's why Alexander said in the hope that she changed her mind, even when they both knew she would never change her mind about such a trivial matter.

Lia knew the world didn't revolve around her. Hell, her world never even revolved around the handsome man in beautiful beards and a black suit that made whom look like a black god.

Nairobi was really a city for the few, but Alexander had turned it into more than just home.

He had made it his territory, and he'd be dammed if anyone tried doing that. But what would he do when he realized that the person behind all his misfortunes was the very woman he shared a bed with?

Would it be okay for him?

Would he kill her, or would he forgive her?
