章 60: That Glitters is Not Gold Part 3

It is only when the violent bumping of bodies against the ground reaches their ears that Noe and Daniel discover a greater problem than one they have ever faced.

"Can you hear that?" Noe asks Daniel, worried that he may be hallucinating from his encounter with a lightning bolt.

"I can," Daniel responds.

Together, they turn away from their position staring at the gaping hole in the dome and look behind them. 

Eris begins to shout louder beneath his muffler, using his knees to jump as far away as he can get.

Trying to use his second vision to assess the distance area for that which lies behind those disconcerting bumps, Noe nearly bursts a mental fuse in immense concentration. Sweat beads upon Noe's forehead. But, no matter how much Noe tries, he cannot unlock his power over oxygen.

"What's going on?" Daniel asks, unable to completely discern the cause of Noe's disgruntledness.
