章 99: Lewd Thoughts

The wake of night was such as now posed in itself to be a fated disastrous one for Elizabeth. 

Her overall thoughts had become even more lewd by the minute. Although, not in the way that suggested her to be the one who was longing for the King's touch. 

That was not the case. Instead, it was her mind which had chosen to torture her with the likely scenes of Briceus choosing to establish some intimate business with her once they were together and alone in his bedroom. 

Such thoughts forever haunted her mostly because of the King's final words which he had stated suspiciously before leaving the Banquet place. 

His words had been too direct not to have been misinterpreted by her. At least that was how Lizzie had perceived him to mean it.
