Ian innocently gave out his view of Mary's excitement towards such torture, but he never knew that he was about to experience torture himself just from his words.

Mary turned back and looked at him with a very sweet smile. A smile so sweet that it started creeping the heck out of Ian and that is when he realized that he was not supposed to utter what he had just said.
