章 85: I can't wait to see you

We stayed on the rooftop for a couple of minutes. Unknowingly, we didn't realize how time passed by.

Our cup of coffee became empty as we sipped it once at a time. It gave warmth to our system which somehow lightened up the tension between us.

Lisandro put aside the empty cups and turned her gaze on me. His face was dark. As if he had been stressed for a couple of weeks.

However, there was no way to dig up the reasons why of his sudden behavior. I knew what happened and it had a great impact on him.

He sighed countless times since I stayed by his side.

"I can't sleep," he started and rubbed the back of his head. "How about you? Why can't you sleep as well?"

This time around, Lisandro became a sweet and calm man that I'd ever dreamed. There was no sign of violence and dominance which convinced me to be more transparent in front of him.
