章 17: Zenar Biology

The rankings of Zenars aren't fully known but most experts think it goes like this. Elite Zenar, Winged Zenar, Warrior Zenar, Stalker/Pack Leader, Terrors, Beta, Princess Zenars, Queen Zenars, Alpha, ????.

It is debated that the God the Zenars believe in is actually real or not. If it is real, most think it is referring to the Zenar that will control the virus. Since most Zenars are ranked on their power, it is also reasonable to believe that this God of theirs is extremely dangerous.

Despite all Zenars being able to evolve up the ranks, no one knows what causes a Beta to come into existence. Unfortunately, looking for one is forbidden since Betas are extremely dangerous and carry grudges when they evolve into an Alpha, and the Urkin race learned that the hard way when they experimented and dissected a live Beta which one day turned into an Alpha. To this day, no one has seen a living member of the Urkin and the Alpha, known as Red, is presumed to still be hunting them to this day.

A trick that can save your life is to stay still when confronted with a Zenar. This will mostly work when a Zenar is in a resting state but can still work when a Zenar is active, just not if you carry a gun or are taking up a lot of room. This trick mostly would work for tall people and kids in the case that the Zenar is active.
